We are heading to Columbia today for some geocaching. Meeting with some friends. Should be a great hike and a long one!

Well my girls went to the Aveda Salon in Charlotte and got their hair done. My middle daughter, Rachel, also got a pedicure and manicure...her Aunt paid for it. I ended up sitting there with them for about 4 hours.
I did go to Quiznos for lunch and got a Sammie that had 310 calories, so not bad.
Afterwards we did get to do 2 caches in Freedom Park. I think I walked about a mile.
Dinner was a Mexican restaurant. I had a hard taco, a burrito, some nacho chips with salsa and a little bit of beans. I ended up boxing most of my dinner up...the servings were HUGE!
So no idea how to count those points. We did have a fun day though.

Well I slept in a little today, the girls had a half day of school, so I just let them stay home. We are heading to my sister's in Charlotte. She wants to take them to get their hair and nails done. I might do some geocaching while up there, depends on the weather. I'll have to be careful what I eat, I'm sure we'll eat out sometime today, probably dinner. I'm actually thinking of some really good pizza! But I'm also thinking of salad too.

Still on track today. I've been eating right and taking time to exercise.
I hit my knee on something so it is hurting now, but I still did my workout.
Nothing else new here. The weather has been absolutely beautiful. Couldn't ask for a nicer day.

So far so good today. Tonight is my weekly meeting and weigh-in. I'm sure I'm up since I haven't weighed-in since 12/18. With Christmas, New Years and my birthday I ate a lot of junk. Hopefully it won't be too bad. And on a positive note, at least I'm back on track now!
