Another day another challenge. Stay on target. Just did a 20minute walk on the treadmill 100 calories in the pocket as I see but will try to keep the calorie intake under or on target. So the workout hmmm could be a choc biscuit but as I don't have a sugar craving I shall refrain. :-)

Still keeping up pretty good eating habits. Haven't been tempted to eat anything overly bad so far, although the pavlova I walked passed in Woolies I found myself Mmmmm ing at lol.

Oh and was very proud of myself. I went out for dinner and ordered grilled fish salad and chips and OMG I left the chips uneaten. Eeeek!!!

Well today I'm well under my calorie intake. Bonus lol. What I am in need of is BUDDIES. Still learning how to use everything here. Need some motivational friends. :-)

Weighed in today the first week 64 to 62kg. This week 62 to 61.6kg as expected after the first weeks weight loss of 2kg, I expected it to slow down so shall not be disappointed, a loss is a loss. So will keep up the effort. I know I will reach my target. :-)
