I started my weight loss journey on Monday Feb.7,2011. I've already lost 7 pounds!! Over the last 24 years I've struggled with my weight..I've lost and gained so many times and I'm sick of it! My goal is to lose 120 pounds and MAINTAIN IT!! I am looking forward to going to Jamaica next Feb. for my 25th wedding anniversary and I WILL look and feel fantastic!! This is something I wrote to motivate myself...Dear Food, you will no longer control me or be used as a crutch...I will be in control from now on! You have been an enemy that has slowly been killing me and I will no longer allow it!! I choose life!!
