Felt a little weak while exercising yesterday. Ended up eating some whole-wheat toast with Smart Balance with Flax. Some digestive issues yesterday, but they have cleared up and everything else seems to be going okay. Already noticing my stomach flattening out some.

Ate good over the weekend....lean beef and veggie stir fry one day and chicken scallopine (chicken, onions, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini with tomator sauce and spices) the next. I did have 1/4 cup of rice with the stir fry but no pasta with the chicken. Big salad with each. Getting ready to go to the gym. Not much exercise yesterday, just a mile walk with the dogs. Not missing the sugar or caffeine (I usually just have a cup or two of tea), but miss the rice and pasta.

Did 30 minutes cardio today, along with weightlifting session. Also took the dogs for a walk (which I do most every day). So far, so good with the diet (day 2 of 7 day prequel). I'm actually trying the 1-day detox diet first before I go with the fat flush plan. It sounds like my liver needs some cleaning up first. The big test will be on Thursday, when I plan my day of fasting.

Not fully on program yet...have a big event tonight that I know I will break the rules. So far, just incorporating some of the items, such as LLC, cranberry water, protein, fruits & veggies.
