Haven't been keeping track last couple days but not eating much do to getting the flu

Down 1.2 even with a 2 day staycation. You can go on vacation and still lose weight. Just don't go food crazy, but allow yourself a little leeway.

Two day stacation and didn't enter anything. Didn't go food crazy, but did relax the best eating habits a little. Weighing in tomorrow

Thanks to my sister who told me how easy spaghetti squash is to make. Had tonight with hubby's homemade meat sauce and some shredded mozzarella. It was great and filling.
