Have been back and forth to PA and just totally fell off the wagon as far as keeping track goes, and some days went way over my RDI I am sure. But getting back on track today. Decided to play it safe for days that I don't keep track on here and get slim fast mix and lean cuisines for the work week which is usually the hardest for me to keep track.

Wow, a small order of BK hash browns and I'm up over 400 calories to start my day. Junk Food is so not worth it! Have to hold off on eating anything until Lunchtime. Those calories add up so fast
Really happy to see some results in just a week's time. Would really be great if I could be more motivated to exercise ( I mean beyond doing my 2 mile walks ) I have no excuse. Just that exercising is so boring to me.
I imagine when I plateau I will feel more motivated.

Ok! what a weekend so far! busy busy busy, week and weekend. My house is a total wreck. Exercise getting it cleaned up! lol. Went to a chocolate Festival yesterday for a couple of hours and decided not to even log how much I ate as it would be too frustrating to figure out sample sizes and also take away the fun of the experience! I have fell off the RDI Friday too because I went out out to eat and didn't watch intake. But I am back on track today. Have to get out to grocery shop and make sure I have healthy and low calorie foods in the house as well as to take with me to work during the week. My goal is to go a seven day stretch without going over RDI. Last week I managed to burn more than I was eating each day but the last two days not by much for weight loss.
Can't wait until the weather finally warms up enough in the mornings so that I am more motivated to get out a walk first thing in the mornings on the weekends so that my day doesnt get away from me without getting it in.
Now to all things laundry and toilet cleaner and vacuuming :D:D:D

lost 4 lbs first week. Even went way over RDI two of the days. But averaging about 1000 calories more than I eat in a day so that must be why. Keeping track of calories is a pain but worth it!

Don't know what was up with me today...was just feeling so hungry. And last 4 days I kept to RDI without feeling so hungry. Definitely I can see that eating things with more fiber help curb appetite. Junk makes you want to eat more junk. I started out ok, but then had a bag of baked chips and it was all downhill from there. Oh Well...at least I didn't eat over what I expended in physical activity.
