Mi ayam pangsit 600cal. Semua homemade dari bakso sampai mi dan pangsitnya. Sy ga diet rebusan, mutih or no minyak krn ujuannya mau hidup sehat. Diet ekstrim didnt work out for me. Yang penting defcal. WO 6x seminggu @45mins. Salam Sehat

My take on Pangsit goreng yg lg viral. Per porsi kurleb 398cal (incl nasi shirataki-ga difoto). Yg di foto porsi utk 2. Tanpa gula krn pake kecap manis, masako, garam, kecap ikan.
