It has been a while since I've used this, and boy do I feel it. I've gained weight and I'm feeling every ounce of it :-( . I don't even want to update my weight here because SEEING it makes it more real and I'm so disappointed with myself. I had a great plan and a great way to eat that gave me slow weight loss without having to cut out anything I liked. I got lost in the comfort and began telling myself that it was ok to over eat because I can just 'do better tomorrow'. It's a trap...don't do it. 🥺
well....here I go again. starting from scratch. I mean, I didn't GET this way overnight, so I won't FIX it over night. *sigh*

I stepped on my scale today after several months of not counting and not paying attention. *sigh* It wasnt as bad as I thought, but when will i learn! Back to counting... :-(

My favorite under 300 calorie dinner. Boil brussel sprouts until soft, sprinkle just a little garlic salt on them. Mash them up a bit with 1/2 tbsp butter and then add 2 tbsp of bacon bits. I can never eat the whole thing in 1 setting! love it.
