Definitely hurt myself at night - and I was doing so well. Not an excuse but I think being tempted after my night shift at work was not very helpful. It's like I need to keep up my willpower at every turn (can't one eating choice be super easy when I'm out and about).
Today:
930 - Body Combat
1100 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal
300 - Whole Wheat Pasta and Homemade Sauce
400 - Dried Apple Rings
630 - PB Banana Sandwich with Apple Sauce
1030 - Chocolate Chip Cookies (Sitting on the employee table as I was clocking out - why did I do this?)
Total: 1867 (It was 1307 pre-cookie - isn't it crazy how many calories are in those little things.)
Tomorrow will hopefully be better. I know I'm going out for a drink with friends to catch-up, so I'm hoping to stick to two and NOT binge afterward. Hope everyone has a great Friday!

I got up for the gym this morning and I looked and felt so bloated. It's so much easier if you just stick to the lifestyle change instead of having to push back through what you've already defeated. I should read this next time haha. BUT my cousin's wedding is in a month so I'm really going to try to stick to the new challenge (not eating after 7) and my diet. Hopefully I'll see some changes.
Today:
800 - Step Fitness Class
930 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal
1100 - Mango and Dried Cherries
230 - Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
400 - Almonds and Dried Craisins
530 - Spin Fitness Class
700 - Vegan Pizza
Total: 1422 (I'm going to try to hold out on a glass a chocolate soy milk but if it's added - 1512)
Yes double gym today to try to make myself feel better - too bad you can't sweat it all off in a day.

Back from break - so nice being able to get away. And I can't say I was perfect, but I did much better than I have other vacations. I'm sure I gained, but I'm hoping a lot of it is from bloat. I'll probably skip this Friday's weigh-in and wait until I'm back on track with my diet (it doesn't seem like an appropriate comparison).
Today:
930 - Granola Bar
230 - Veggie Sandwich and Dried Apple Rings
400 - Cereal
700 - Whole Wheat Pasta and Sauce
800 - Almonds and Dried Cherries
900 - Homemade Popcorn
1000 - Chocolate Soy Milk
Total: 1921

Hello my FS Buddies! It's been so long - just trying to catch myself up on all your entries! It has been rather difficult sticking to any diet being home - but I've done better than I did last time. About half-way through my visit and there are no scales so I'm not entirely sure what's going on with my body. Hopefully it's not too bad!
Let me know how you're all doing! Any new challenges or success, I'd love to hear!

I was headed back in the right direction and then Easter hit. I'm going on break this coming week so I'm a bit nervous being thrown back into a world full of my old habits. I'm thinking I should bring some snacks with me to avoid the temptations. I'm also hoping having all my FS buddies will help keep my mind focused on what I really want - it's not that pizza or that chocolate, it's being happy with myself and healthy.
