Weighing in late today but lost 2lbs. Did not feel well this morning, I don't know what was wrong. I've eaten very little today.

I am finally in the 160's. I feel really good today and I am not hungry this morning. We are not going anywhere because of the weather so I will not be eating barbecue and potato salad. lol Happy Memorial Day to everyone especially our heroic soldiers! Stay safe. Susanne

I love the way they keep track of what you eat. Like today I did not even realize it, but I ate way too much fat and carbs. In this last year I have let my weight go, I don't know why I stopped paying attention, but I am very disappointed in myself. I am ready to go forward and lose 35-40lbs. If you don't pay attention to what you eat you will be like me and get into a lot of trouble. lol Good Luck everyone! One other thing I am very tired so I know my body has to get used to this new healthy lifestyle. Seems like I should feel better, but I know it takes time. Even though I am tired I still feel better. Did anyone get tired when they first started the diet? Thank you and take care, Susanne
