dont you hate it when you see SKINNY people on here complaining about being fat? i'm like, "fat WHERE?" wtf SHUT THE HELL UP!!! LOL!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I had a better workout today, did some weight lifting as well as a hour worth of cardio...& oh i did some wall sits..OMG..nuff said.
protein, protein, PROTEIN...water, water, WATER! never knew how important those two were for losing weight until now, if someone had schooled me on that a long time ago I could have lost weight years ago! Only thing I hate about drinking so much water is the frequent bathroom visits...LOL. I see alot of people adding Melba Toast & flax meal or seeds to their food diaries, is their anything special about those 2 things I should know about? SOMEBODY LET ME KNOW! I been looking for new stuff to buy & eat, i'm tired of eating the same old stuff and I dont really have time to cook except for the weekends...holla at me people!!!!!!!!!!!
