It’s been 2 wks now that I’ve been capturing my intake, trying to drink 64 oz of water, trying the 16:8 a few times a week, and trying to hit 10K steps/day.
RESULTS? Not sure if I lost a few pounds - weight fluctuates so much standing on the scale and time of day, etc. Maybe 2-3 lbs.
And today a friends said my skin looked amazing - asked what I’d been doing. I said I just washed my face and put lotion on. She kept saying how smooth and flows my skin looked. Didn’t think about it then, but during my walk I realized that it may be the work of the 64oz/day of water!!!! YAY!

Working hard at getting the 64 oz of water in. Doing pretty good with it.
Trying to get 10K steps in. It’s more than you’d think. But keeps me motivated.
No change on the scale yet. Maybe I’ll see something tomorrow or this week.

Trying this 17:8 intermittent fasting. Not going as well as I’d hoped. I keep having a little something either around 10/11pm or 6/7am. But got a good exercise in of 3.8mile walk. Today is another day.

Well I’m ending day 2. I did better today. Sorta. Drank more water. Almost 64 oz - yay! Am trying that intermittent fasting (IF) thing at 16:8.
16 hrs fasting, 8 hrs regular meals.
Did ok but ate breakfast at 10:30 - 1 hr before the 16 ended.
Tonight was supposed to begin fasting again at 7:30 pm but had some M&Ms around 10:30. Oy!
Not sure how many days in a row to do this.
Really looking forward to results.
Using Fastic app with this app to get me straightened out.
