Keine Ahnung was heute Morgen los war aber ich bin Feder Leicht 😂

Habe gestern nicht einmal Sport gemacht und auch nicht weniger gegessen als sonst. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nun ist die Hochzeit über einen Monat vorbei und ich muss in kein Kleid mehr passen. Deshalb mache ich jetzt wieder weiter 😊

War nach 3 Monaten wieder einmal im Fitnessstudio. Ui ui das gab Muskelkater. Ich muss wieder öfter gehen damit ich wieder fit werden. 🙈 Das Gewicht hab ich gehalten aber der Muskel / Fett Anteil hat sich sehr ins negative verändert. Was ja logisch ist 😅
