Dinner today: Baked pork steak w/ a side of sautéed spinach, mushrooms, & green bell peppers. Major step from frying the steak with a side of buttered rice, or cheesy Mac n cheese, etc…. 😂

My previous weight (349lbs) was done at the doctors office on 9/26/22 w/ clothes & shoes on. My current weight at home no clothes/ shoes done in the morning was 341lbs so I’m going to start with that weigh in.😀

Breakfast this morning! 2 waffles w/ a drizzle & I mean just a drizzle 😁 of syrup & cholesterol free scrambled eggs (no cheese) with a bottled water. Just a little over 300 calories consumed this morning.
