I am looking at things differently. If a Dr. Pepper 20oz is equivalent to
5 pieces of bread. I will leave it to others. I am not doing that to myself. There has to be a better way. With 43 plus pounds to lose I got to start trimming the sugar and what ever else is in that coke. I did drink almond milk this morning. I have a bit of a headache now. I did notice that the almond milk was sweeter then it was 4 days ago. I wanted something sweet last night. I went without. But tonight I will have a 1/2 cup of almond milk. Wanting something sweet is one reason I liked coke.

I worked hard today. One thing I did was to figure out how many calories I am going to aim for. I chose 1200. I did not eat that much. I only had so many things in the house that I would eat. So Saturday will be here and I get to go to the store. I did something different with my stationary bike riding. I broke it into two sessions of 30 mins. I am going to try it this way for a day or two and see if it makes a difference for me. I joined a group and a challenge. I posted a couple of post and now writing in my journal. Big steps for me. I did well today. I really need to lose this extra weight and socialize with others.
