I fell off the band wagon in February. I am just happy I didn't fall to far.
There were a lot of contributing factors as to why like the weather, etc but the important thing is I have returned to my diet and the gym and we are going to keep pressing forward. Small set backs are expected, lets keep moving forward.

Well January was called off due to weather. Looking back I failed to hit the gym during the weeks of jan 6 and jan 27 mostly due to bone crushing temperatures and being under a mountain of snow.
It's frustrating to say the least. Well, all I can do is keep moving foward, I guess with everything in life there will be set backs. Movin on!

Dude!! This weather is killing me!! It's winter here I get it, the snow is not that big of a deal its the bitter cold!! Its like 9 degrees here today and it was 4 degrees yesterday. I am depressed, I don't want to get out of bed, I don't want to get up at 7am to go outside, brush off my car and let it warm up for 20 minutes!!
Maybe I am just being lazy! Yo no se! All I know is this weather is killing me and I can't wait for it to be over!! I'm frustrated!! It's affecting my training.
I am going to try and mentally regroup here and salvage this week. We are suppose to have a heat wave here tomorrow, I hear it should reach 30 degrees. Let's hope! over and out!

After 4 months of 90% following my diet and hitting the gym I took the week off last week to recover. My wife has surgery last Monday (Jan 6th)to repair a sprained ankle and it was nice to be at home with her and make sure she was ok. During my week off I slacked on my diet, and enjoyed some foods I shouldn't be eating. I didn't go overboard but had several days of fun.
Starting today its back to training. I am back on my diet and I will be hitting the gym 5 days with week and for the next 4 weeks, no slipping, no cheating.
More determined and excited, the break was needed. Now back to work.
