I guess this is me still venting I’m doing the best I can do but here of late a couple of my friends have been peddling health supplements and every day my Facebook feed is blasted with feeds like “ oh me oh my Up at 3:30 AM 5000 sit-ups Done Ran My 5k Done oh and I did 29 loads of laundry and cooked all my meals for the week it’s so wonderful being me” Now I wish I could say that I embellished that quote but I copied and pasted directly I was thrilled when she lost 60 pounds tickled pink that she’s off her meds (though many more of her posts and I may need meds) Why do people feel the need to toot their horns. Did they forget the struggle to get there and for the record The fact that they lost weight and kept it off is encouragement and motivation enough for me I don’t need someone telling me there life is perfect because they succeeded where I’m an abysmal failure

One day I weigh 249 the next morning 257 a day later 253 it’s pretty disgusting when you follow the rules eat tight and exercise but you bounce 15 pounds back and forth just venting I don’t need anyone to tell me what I’m doing wrong.
