Well, it was an effort, but it turns out binging IS BAD! I only lost 4 of the 5 pounds i gained, so I FAILED... for now! I will NOT give up, and I will keep trying, even if I start feeling cold to even do the workout. Don't worry though, after thanksgiving, I'm getting my strength back, where i will succeed in losing weight. HOPEFULLY, and thanks for all the support! You guys are awesome! I hope you all try your best to lose weight, especially this week lol because of Thanksgiving :D

I'M SORRY, YOU GUYS...
But i binged these last 2 days, yesterday and today. LOOK AT MY FOOD LOG! ITS INSANE, ISN'T IT!? PLEASE DON'T BE ME!!! i know i messed up, but i will looked forward to the future, i mean ive been worse. I weighed 180 before, i should be okay since i lost a lot of weight, i will try to do mountain climbers or something. Ill try to run for an hour straight and burn it off tomorrow. IM SO SORRY. THis has been happening almost every weekend. I hope i really lose more weight to get to my goal. i weigh myself every tuesday, so i still have time to lose weight. I WILL NOT GIVE UP! i will eat less, but eat less fat and carbs, and more protein for my workouts. i hope it wont be worse on thanksgiving. Wish me luck... please... :'( i think i gained about 8 pounds so i will stop eating, for the girl I love! #KEEPMOVIN, #ITGOESUP (\S/) :D

Let's just say that although I ate a little of more some days, I believed I made up for it the next days. I also believe that I will lose more weight if I try harder, but what also motivates me other than my true love is seeing other entries and their efforts.

The devotion one puts forth is very inspiring and the results can end up good, but also bad but that's okay as long as they try the next day. I will try to put in all effort, and lose the weight I need! :) I'm just glad I lost at least 3 pounds Lol ^_^

Yay! I might have fallen down (figuratively) a few times, but I got back up and took control to fight back. I managed to lose weight and I hope I can keep it up. HANG IN THERE, Y'ALL!! Don't Give Up!
P.S. Look at my food log to see what I mean :) LOL
Oh yeah, it could be that my scale could be wrong. It's an analog scale, and not a digital, so it could be that I lost less weight, but I see 4 pounds less.

On October 28th, I entered in my weight for the first time, which was about 150 pounds... I
lost 2 pounds this week
, weighing in myself today on November 4th. I will admit that, since I am 16 years old, I somehow pigged out on candy and junk/fast food for Halloween during the weekend because I still go to school, making it all right for me to go TRICK-OR-TREATING LOL! I might have gained a few pounds because of that, not gonna lie. However, with motivation for the girl, the girl who doesn't know that I Love Her, I pulled through starting yesterday and lost a bit more weight. THANKS, fatsecret.com, keeping track of my weight loss never felt so successful and positive. I BELIEVE in ALL of you who are trying to lose weight. Because I am still young, my metabolism works faster, so I might have the upper-hand here. Good luck to all, and be strong and never give up. Motivation helped me, and one day I WILL be able to tell the girl I LOVE HER! <3
