I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I did track everything I ate yesterday. Dinner was a little guessing because we were at my in-laws for Memorial Day dinner. So I wasn't measuring and being as precise as I was the rest of the day.
However I do realize what I'm doing. I'm eating over 2700 calories a day. Oy! If I was working out hard and trying to build muscle then I can see a reason for 2700 calories. But not for the activity level I have. I sit at a desk all day.
Does picking a 150+ pound man up off the floor several times a day count as weight training?
Here's to what I hope is a better day . . . for both of us.

i think i need to keep better track of my eating habits. The weight is going back on again. Though my thyroid meds are back in stock and and i'm back on them. so maybe that will help too?

I've loaded this app back onto my phone in order to get a better idea of what my diet looks like. Since the Italian hasn't been well (he's on the upswing now) my life has been a little out of control. I'm trying to regain that control.
