Current Recommendations
The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends eating within the following ranges:
Carbohydrates: 45-65% of calories (540 with 1200 cal diet using low percentage)
Fat: 20-35% of calories (240 with 1200 cal - I think is too high for no activity)
Protein: 10-35% of calories (120 with 1200 cal diet -- for no activity)

Watch your intake...you're doing good just not doing correct quantities/values for recommended daily allowances.
