Healthy Labor Day meal with family.

5th day using an intermittent fasting plan - no food and minimal calories for 16 hours between 8PM and 12PM the next day. I have shed 2 lbs since Sunday, some of it probably water weight. I did walk for 2 hours on Sunday 6/21/20 with my accountability buddy and did a yoga practice on Tuesday 6/23/20 led by my favorite yoga teacher.
Today, Thursday 6/25/20, is my first day using the fatsecret app. I am committed to tracking my food/calories every day until I reach my goal weight. I am also committed to adding more exercise each week and will start to look for a bathing suit in order to swim and possibly a bicycle to add some more outdoor exercise to my week.
I will check in with my accountability partner at least once a week and maybe more. I CAN DO THIS. I DID IT BEFORE. I CAN DO IT AGAIN.
