I have totally fallen off my dieting plan. I vow to get back on track and start exercising every day for 20 to 30 minutes a day.

Didn't eat breakfast which caused me to be hungry all day. I will eat a healthy breakfast tomorrow and remember my vitamis. Start going to the gym ASAP.

I skipped breakfast which is a no-no. I had a healthy lunch which was grill chicken salad with cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with a light iltalian dressing. I washed it down with a glass of water. Day one is off to a good start. Now I just need to find time to excercise.
