My daughter got married and less than a week later my brother died unexpectedly. I haven't been eating correctly...more on the fly...I lost a bunch of weight real fast and I'm GLAD I gained 3 lbs back. i want to lose it the RIGHT way...not the starvation diet way. Plus I've been sick for 2 1/2 weeks with a sinus upper resp. infection. Back in the saddle today! Mom went back to florida...I need to get back on track. I'm so looking forward to it.

My brother craig went to see our Lord on 6/30. Haven't been eating much and definitely not often enough. Will get back on track now...taking care of myself.
