I crushed it last week and will continue to do so this week. I went to the gym 8 times in four days and then went for two-three hour hikes both Saturday and Sunday. It was completely worth it. I got below one of my weight goals... On to the next.

I've decided to start weighing in more frequently to hold myself accountable. So here we are. I did a LOT of cardio yesterday. Let's keep up the momentum.

It's been a rough month. I went to London, which was amazing. But as soon as I got back I lost a friend. It's been really hard. The funeral, being there for my friends, seeing my friend not look like my friend. Then realizing while comforting him over our loss, that I have feelings for my best friend.
Yesterday I told him how I felt. Yesterday he also told me he didn't feel the same. Rejection is hard. But you know what's harder? Not being the me I know I'm capable of. So this morning I got up, got dressed, hit the gym, and killed it. I can't let the depression creep in. I have to keep moving forward. Weigh in 1 after taking so much time off. Let's do this.

Go figure. Took from Wednesday-Sunday off of my diet and exercise plan, and I lose weight. I got back at it yesterday and mixed up my routine to try and get back on track. Weighed myself this morning, and it's nice to see that number dip a little bit.
Time to stop feeling disheartened and get back to it. Day 2 is down. Let's see how much ass I can kick before I leave for London next Wednesday. :)
