Went for tests to find out why I keep bloating and have so much stomach pain. All I know so far, is I have diverticulosis, and internal hemmorhoids (whaaaa?). They took biopsies of my stomach but I haven't heard anything yet. Have to get in at least 45-55 grams of fiber daily now plus fiber supplements, so the diverticulosis doesn't turn into diverticulitis. UGH.
So any one else have this, or have any ideas of more ways to add fiber to my diet? I have lost weight, but I am flabby as hell. Anyone dealing with that? Thanks!

So, my IBS keeps flaring up. It hurts sooo much. Then I have to eat all the things I don't eat anymore, rice, poratoes, cream of wheat, bread.. UGH! So frustrating. I keep fooling around with these same pounds. 225 one day, then 234 the next. The back again. So over it. Every day, I take a probiotic, a Colace, I eat all the salad, veggies, fruit and flax, but here I am with yet another IBS flare. The pain meds for it constipate me which guess what? Causes another flare! I am still losing inches, but I am giving a new meaning to "full of s#%t".

Well today IS better at work. I had a protein shake, and a special K hot cereal with quinoa, etc. Ick. And 2 carrots so far. Chicken and salad later.
So the next thing is, my boobs have lost 2 cup sizes and they look like folded socks!! What in the world?? What do I do for that, besides calling Dr. 90210? Anyone know any exercises or strategies? Thanks!

So today totally sucked food wise. I got pissed off at work, and fell into old habits. I have to work on coping mechanisms to replace food when I am stressed or mad. I have a VERY stressful job, and often, the bankers can be condescending, and it really pissed me off when they do their passive aggressive crap. I have to do better. I ate crazy today. 2 plain biscuits and 4 slices of cheese pizza. REALLY???? WTF. Pissed that they had that much power. But tomorrow is another day. Going to pray about it, and wake up tomorrow even stronger. I refuse to fail at this thing this time.
