3rd day of whole 30... feeling more energized and more clear headed. Ate some macadamia nuts last night just because they were there, but I did stop myself from going back for seconds on dinner because I knew that I would feel full enough in time. Feeling confident :-)

Stayed on plan all day yesterday, tracked everything. Woke up this morning already feeling a little more focused and a little more awake. So happy to have something healthy I am working toward and focusing on!

Day one of whole 30.. Should technically be day 2, but I had an Emergen-C pack yesterday which contained sugar. Today I will eat egg's and guac for breakfast, turkey and veggies for lunch and fish with veggies for dinner. I have a really bad headache, but hoping that lots of water will do the trick. Feeling motivated and committed.

Perseverance is failing 9 times and succeeding the 10th.

After gaining two pounds when I thought I was going to lose two, not only did I fall of the wagon, but I fell off and rolled down the hill. I let one bad meal turn into a bad day, which turned into a bad week. Today I picked myself up, dusted myself off and started fresh. I feel good and I know if I can really commit myself this week to staying on plan and working out regularly I can make up for last week and get the ball rolling again. So, here’s to forgiveness and brand new starts!
