Binged for test week, and didn't even bother recording intake after Tuesday. I passed my test! Now I'll give it til tomorrow afternoon to shed the temp weight, and we'll see how much damage I did! I'm way overdue for a fast, regardless.

Chicken Tikka Masala from scratch. I slow-roasted the chicken in a spiced yogurt marinade for 5 hours to get it off the bone, then broiled it crisp.
