I know, I know...I just weighed in yesterday but had to try it again today! I wanted to get under the 130 mark so bad and had to see. I am so happy beacuse I did lose another pound and now am 129! Thank God for the small favors...I couldn't be happier this morning (unless I had some warm peach cobbler with vanillia ice cream on top)LOL!

I am still at 130 but at least I have not increased. I have started my cycle so that might account for something?!? This weekend, I did stick to the diet but ate a few saucy meats...like ribs, wings etc. I think this was probably bad. Its hard to count carbs when you aren't sure how many something has. The point is, I haven't given up! I will try harder and in fact, I have ordered a swimsuit to help inspire me! I think this will really make me see how much I have to accomplish in order to be comfortable.

I am still 130 :( and will wait to log my weight until Monday morning, after it has been one full week from my initial weigh in. I am a little worried because I feel guilty eating the Atkins Bars. I think I will try to hold off on those for a few days until I weigh. I have to do my best with the small time frame I am working with...those things are just too tastey for me to trust right now.
UPDATE: Maybe they aren't so bad, they seem to flush your system out pretty good...oh my! LOL! I will have to be careful with these things.

I am confused and need a little help! I felt a little weak today and decided to take a nap. I woke up with a huge headache! I took something for my headache and went out to search for these Atkins Bars I have heard about on this site. I can't remember where I read it but one member said she paid $5 per bar. I found a good variety in CVS and they were around $2 each for the candy bars and they also had 6 packs of breakfast cereal bars that were priced low. The one I ate today was very good! It was a peanut caramel cluster bar...small but yummmy! The carb counts confuse me though. These are Atkins bars and on the front they have a 2 or 3 "net atkins count" but on the back, the carb count is 20 or so grams. I am not sure which count is what I should go by when figuring my daily carb count. Can anyone help? I really really really really hope I go by the count on the front...otherwise, I doubt I will eat anymore.
BTW- I felt much better after I had the bar. I think I needed that...LOL!
I am going to weigh in tomorrow with my fingers crossed. It hasn't quite been a week since I have started but I am dying to know if I have made it under the 130 mark. I really want to get into the 120's...even if it is 129 tomorrow, that would be a huge accomplishment!
