I've always been active and healthy. And from time to time find my weight has climbed. Now it climbed to 210 and I've had a tough time getting control again. I'm a carb-addict. I love the low carb life style and it works wonderful for me, when I do what I'm suppose to. But my love of bread or potato's send me back to the starting line. I end up not losing weight but at least not gaining either.
Need some motivation.
