★ DIET INFO: I first officially started my diet on Febuary 28, 2017, starting at 288.6 lbs! I lost 15.8 pounds using the Lose It! app before switching over to FS. I made it to 271 lbs and then promptly fell off the wagon at a whopping 297.6 lbs! Yikes!
• October 16, 2018 - I reset the start of my diet at 295 lbs. Hopefully I'll stick with it this time!

I unfortunately can't control what food is available to me (otherwise I would eat way more veggies and fruit) but I CAN control how much I eat. I've had a lot of hiccups and setbacks but I'm very determined to stick with my diet! It's slow goings, but progress is progress!
