Ok, so I am getting ready to turn 30 and I promised myself I would be in shape before that happened. I don't think I will achieve this goal. I have been overweight since I was young and really packed the pounds on right after I graduated high school and moved out of the house at 18 (I knew everything at this point in my life, not). It has been a roller coaster of weights since then. I do really well for a few months and then fall off the wagon and gain it all back if not more. Then I get another spurt of doing well and fall off the wagon again. Then, well, you get the picture. So I decided to try Weight Watchers last year and that seemed to be working very well but I went on vacation, even exercised on vacation and then I got back and fell apart. I put all the weight back on and ten pounds more. I hit 220 and said that's it, I have to do something again. So I tried Atkins and really gave it my all. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks or so and then it just stopped. I went up and down a few pounds and am now stuck at 210. I am walking a lot and try to eat enough and I just can't get the scale to move. I am very frustrated and don't know what to do. I wish someone knew the secret. And if you do, please let me in.
