I am a stay at home mom of four. Two at the 'building,' two at home. I have been through many types of diets over the last few years trying to find the one that I can stick with and feed my family also. I have a fire lit under me since I am fast approaching 40 and want to be hot again. Two years ago, I was about 30# less than I am right now. It's frustrating that I let myself backslide that much, but here I am. I work out twice a week with Zumba, once with gymnastics, and try to Crossfit twice a week. I had been doing all that the last few months, but not really seeing any results as far as a lower scale number, so I bought a couple books and am committed to giving this Paleo thing a fair shot. As of 11-10 I am down 5#(155.6#, 38-36-43) and it's only been 4 days!
Day 18- 153.4#, 37 1/2, 33 1/2, 43 wow! guess my waist is shrinking or i measured differently, lol!
Day 30- 152.6#, 37 1/4, 34 3/4, 42 1/2 slowly but surely, my body is changing! fitting into size 12 jeans now and feeling great!!(and i guess i did mess up on the the waist measurement last time, no sucking in!!)
