I lost 125 lbs from late November 2007 to Sept. 2008. I have been maintaining it for 1 year so far. My short term goalis to make the 5 years that everyone says 90% gain it back in. I have arthritic knees and needed them both replaced. Since loosing the weight I can now run 2 miles, ride a bike up and down hills for 10 miles, and play on the floor with my grandchildren.AND, I never had that knee replacement!
