Hi, my name is Rebecca. I am a 51 year old Registered Nurse and mother of four as well as grandmother to three amazing little boys!
I have battled my weight for as far back as I remember. When I was forty I lost 60 pounds and felt amazing. My weight has slowly been creeping back up over the last 5 years or so. I am now at 280lbs which is actually down from 291 in December. I started low carb the day after Christmas and was doing well. I have been off track for the last 2 weeks.
I found this site and am looking forward to the support and different ideas people have for recipes etc.
