Currently retiredand turning seventythis year I would like to lose the weight that I have gained over a lifetime of being too busy and unfocused on what I eat. I want the remaining years of my life to be as healthy as they can be. Over the last 2 years I have lost 30 lbs and wish to take my weight down by another 15 lbs (currently at 201) My joints daily thank me profusely for my efforts to date!
