I got married in March 2008 and I successfully made it down to 133 pounds - I guess the wedding day motivated me! Since then I have gained 33 pounds in about two years, WTF! I was on anti-depressants for about a year, and I also went back to my security job. My hours are about as messed up as they can possibly get. I work 3 overnight shifts and 2 morning shifts. According to my docs my schedule is the culprit to the weight gain, since I am no longer on the anti-depressants.
