I am a nature photographer but due to an injury have been going out less . I normally walked about 15 to 20 klms a week. These area can be very challenging in terrain. I gained alot of lbs in the last few months and want to get on a healthy path. FOOT NOTE my weight and goal weight were not in the right lbs vs kg . I could not change it so new bio.....lol start is 197 lbs
