I've just moved to Washington DC for work and am trying to start a new chapter in my life. Losing some poundage and getting healthier is on my To-Do list. Ive been trying to "lose weight" for 7 years. During college it really creeped up on me. Over the past year I lost 50 pounds but got too comfortable and put 15 of them back on. I want to feel more comfortable in my own skin and finally take back control. I'm a closet dieter and try a different one every week. Hopefully with this community it will make me more accountable for my actions and provide support while starting out in a new city and a new life. I've already realized that there are other people on the site on the same journey as me and it's been comforting. Don't be afraid to say 'Hey'. =)
