Hi, I am a 40 yr old mom and wife who seems to always be on the move. Only problem is I eat on the run. I've always been good at keeping my weight below 140 lbs. but steadily within the past few years it has been climbing. Once i hit 40 last year, it seems my weight ballooned. Weighing today at 147 lbs, I think I need to grab my diet by the horns and show it who's BOSS. I hope to keep motivated while on this website. Wouldn't mind some buddies to joinme on this journey.
