I'm 40, married with three children and two step children. I work full time as a Satellite Engineer (graveyard shift). I am often tired due to my crazy busy life and strange work schedule, so that impacts my eating and workout habits. I have gained about 35lbs over the last few years, and I would really like to lose that plus a few more pounds, as I felt a lot healthier at that weight. I am very excited to start this journey. My only downfall is that I am a person of extremes; I'm either all in, or all out. It's wonderful when I'm all in, but eventually I get burned out and fall off the wagon, so balance will be my goal this time around.
