Using the Fat Secret to count calories. Need to lose 60 lbs and I'm about 205 appx. Can't get on a scale. Full time wheelchair user - had polio at age 8 and I'm 82 now. I set my calories at 910 a day...way too low for others, but being sedentary makes it right for me. Amazing I don't feel like I'm starving. Had to give up my dry red wine I like daily, but using elderberry and hibiscus tea (I like tart so don't add sweetener) and somehow I make myself believe it substitutes for the alcohol stuff :)
I find Sprouts Farmer's market broccoli microgreens with a topping of hummus is satisfying. Also like the Queso Blanco (white cheese) as well as their cottage cheese. I live in Florida. Good luck to all on your weight loss plans. p.s. I joined in 2021 and did absolutely nothing. NOW I'M READY, SET AND GOING!!! Just started 3rd day...my two daughters are also going to diet with me.
