I'm a 47 years old working mother. Since I can remember myself I' ve been struggling with weight problems. I was most of my lifetime overweight or even obese. Without noticing I reached 127 kgs... Up until 14 months ago. I started changing my eating habbits and dayly routine by moving more. That leaded to a weight loss of 36 kgs! For the first time in years I felt good with myself. But I still have to lose another 15 kgs in order to become normal weight. As I get closer to my ultimate goal, it is getting harder. A community like this is just what I need to give me the hope that I will make this happen!
