I just joined today.. I am 67 years old. Married to my best friend for 47 years, 2 daughters, 3 teenage grandchildren and on 10 year old, who all keep me very busy..I am a retired Nurse, plus I am my sisters caregiver who has Multiple Myeloma in remission.. I am already on Weight Watchers Point Plus and have lost 10 lbs. By adding my foods here I have a breakdown of my Carbs, Sugars, etc.. I am trying to watch my sugars and carbs because I am Carbohydrate Intolerant or Pre-Diabetic which is controlled with diet.
