Started my weight loss journey end April 2019 weighing in at 93kg's.
Being a 29 year old female with a height of 166cm, I was in the Obese category when working out my BMI.
Along with the support of my Hubby who joined me on this journey I am now down to 67.6kg's in just over a year of changing my love I have with food :)
My ideal weight I would like to be is 65kg's but I am also perfectly happy with being in between 65 to 70kg's.
I still enjoy things like pizza or burgers etc. but I plan it into my diet so that I don't overdo it :)
I do minimal amounts of exercise. I do the Parkrun on Saturday's and the MyRun on Sunday's with a 30min treadmill walk at the gym Mon to Fri.
