I've been overweight my entire life. Right before I met my husband, I dropped 30 pounds and was at 150 pounds, which is just right for my athletic frame. Over the course of the past 7 years, and 3 kids later, I've gained a total of 50 pounds. My goal is to lose those 50 pounds and be back at the weight where I was when I got married, but my MAIN reason for being here is that I want to get healthy. I don't want my family to have to deal with any illnesses or leaving them too early, because of something that I could have controlled.
