I am a 60 years old grandmother I have been overweight most of my life and am tried of it. I live in a small town in Wisconsin. I stared the LA weight loss program on Sept 28 and have lost 21 # and have at least 30 more to go. When I get there I decide if and how much more I would like to take off. The 21 # off really feels good and I don't want to let it come back. I'm always looking for new recipes and a friend to share them with. Judan
