I recently heard about fat flush from my sister in Boise who did it first and liked it. I'm in Oregon and have purchased a couple expensive pairs of brand name jeans that I would like to fit me properly! My sister said although this is a hard plan to follow for the first two weeks, it's worth it!! She lost 13 pounds in the phase 1 two week part of the diet. Wish me luck!!
