33 year old Momma of one boy. I've always had an unhealthy relationship with food and was a chubby girl growing up. When I was 21 after I had my son, I lost 50lbs in ~3months! It was easier then lol, it just melted off. Over the last 5 years its slowly crept back and particularly in the last year, I've gained it all back. My mindframe is a lot healthier these days and I don't stress about the number on the scale or beat myself up about eating a chicken wing or whatever. That's foolishness and I understand that now. Grateful for what I've learned and I'm ready to work on myself. I just want to feel good in my clothes again, I fit in NONE of my summer things. That's about to change ;)
