Growing some food is important for everyone, enjoying whatever they can grow will help nutrition and health. Intermittent fasting I have found best for me in losing weight. I have lost 8 inches in my waist and lost 40 lbs so far restricting calories and doing a 16/6 fast daily with less than 3 meals some days.
