I am 43 and have never had any major issues with weight, have always been a healthy eater and interested in food. I have a very hectic lifestyle, as a single mother (3 kids) with a hard core job, and lots of travel.
In the last few years, my metabolism is slowing down, I am bursting out of my size 8s and the 6s are not even an option. I really want to kick the exercise up a notch and find my way back into my wardrobe. I do not want to gain 10 pounds every 10 years....
